Performance Marketing & Growth Lead (Mid–Senior)

Collektr is Asia's Premier Livestream Bidding Platform for Authentic Collectibles

Collektr is redefining how collectors discover, buy, and sell across TCG, pop culture, and high-value collectibles. By combining livestream commerce, marketplace dynamics, and community, we create a high-engagement buying experience.

We're looking for a Performance Marketing & Growth Lead to own and scale our growth engine, from paid acquisition to retention and LTV optimisation.

Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Growth

  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Reddit
  • Execute full-funnel strategies (acquisition → activation → repeat)
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing flows
  • Identify and scale high-performing channels and campaigns

Attribution & Analytics

  • Own tracking and attribution using AppsFlyer and Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Analyse performance by channel, campaign, and cohort
  • Evaluate CAC vs LTV to guide budget allocation and growth decisions
  • Translate data into actionable insights

Retention & Lifecycle

  • Execute remarketing and retention campaigns
  • Identify funnel drop-offs and improve conversion points
  • Support initiatives to increase repeat purchases and user engagement

Budgeting & Optimisation

  • Manage and optimise paid media budgets across channels
  • Allocate spend based on performance and learning velocity
  • Track and improve key metrics: CAC, ROAS, retention rate, payback period

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Build dashboards and reports (e.g. Tableau)
  • Share clear weekly performance insights and recommendations
  • Work closely with Marcomm, Ops, and Product teams
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or growth
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Meta Ads & TikTok Ads
  • AppsFlyer
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Experience managing campaigns end-to-end independently
  • Strong understanding of funnel optimisation, cohort analysis, and LTV vs CAC
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Reddit Ads or alternative paid channels
  • Background in marketplaces, e-commerce, or social/livestream commerce
  • Familiarity with CRM or lifecycle marketing tools
  • Interest in collectibles, pop culture, or enthusiast communities
