About the Role:

As a performance marketing associate, your primary focus will be on planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across paid social and search channels. Over time, you will also get hands-on exposure to landing page work, including copywriting, basic UI/UX, and WordPress, as part of building a well-rounded digital marketing skill set.

This role is suited for someone who is serious about growing fast, comfortable with learning on the job, and genuinely curious about how marketing and technology work together.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with real exposure to at least two of the following: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads (Search, YouTube, or Display Network).
  • Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working with data; able to read campaign metrics and explain what they mean in plain language.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), meaning you have actually used it, not just encountered it.
  • Experience with Google Sheets for tracking and reporting and Google Slides or Canva for presentations.
  • Basic hands-on experience with WordPress, comfortable enough to edit pages and make content updates using a page builder like Elementor. Personal projects or freelance work counts.
  • Active user of AI tools for work-related tasks such as drafting copy, researching audiences, or building briefs. You don't need a system, you just need to be the kind of person who already experiments with these tools.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to juggle multiple tasks without losing track.

Added Value:

  • Basic copywriting experience for ads or landing pages
  • .Awareness of UI/UX principles as they apply to campaign pages and conversion
  • .Any platform certification such as Meta Blueprint, Google Certification, Udemy, HubSpot, etc
  • .Familiarity with Google Tag Manager at a basic level
  • .Basic awareness of on-page SEO as it relates to landing pages
