What your typical day will look like:

As a Performance Marketing Executive, your role is to implement, execute, and optimize digital performance marketing campaigns to meet and exceed client performance goals. You work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in line with strategic objectives. You support day-to-day campaign management, performance reporting, and platform optimization, while building strong working relationships with vendors and team members.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and other digital channels in line with client strategies and KPIs.
  • Manage daily campaign tasks including trafficking, QA, pacing, and budget tracking to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance and interpret reports to provide actionable insights, flagging opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Support reporting and analysis, producing clear, data-driven updates and recommendations for internal teams and clients.

A bit about you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms, campaign management tools, and key performance metrics.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and performance reports to deliver actionable insights and improve results.
