Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Specialist drives growth through paid campaigns on social media platforms to optimizing for leads, engagement, and ROI. This role collaborates with the creative team to craft compelling ads and uses tools for marketing automation, including EDM and auto reply workflows. It requires a results driven, detail oriented, and proactive marketer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, launch and scale performance campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other growth channels.
  • Build monthly acquisition strategies, budget structures and optimisation roadmaps aligned with company OKRs.
  • Define precise campaign goals and design lead flows that convert through structured automation and nurturing.
  • Produce platform-native ad copy for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google with crisp messaging and fast hooks.
  • Analyse campaign data in real time, refine targeting logic, test creatives and manage budgets to improve CTR, CVR and ROI.
  • Partner with designers and editors to deliver high-impact static and video assets.
  • Build or manage sales funnels using modern no-code and low-code web tools.
  • Implement tracking infrastructure, maintain clean data and turn analytics into action.
  • Create EDMs and basic automation flows using MailChimp.
  • Keep up with emerging tools, ad tech updates and new traffic ecosystems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 23 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Proficient in digital marketing stacks, including email, social, and content workflows.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and lead-nurture systems.
  • Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere).
  • Familiarity with EDM tools and marketing automation.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and KPI-driven with measurable outcomes.
  • Highly self-managed, adaptable in agile teams, and confident in communication.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
  • Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools is a plus.
  • Strong English proficiency; Mandarin is a plus.

Working hour: Monday to Friday 9-6pm
