Role Overview
As aPerformance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing paid digital campaigns to drive mobile app downloads, user acquisition, website traffic, and lead generation. You will run hands-on performance campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other ad platforms, optimizing results based on data and ROI.
Job Description
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ads across TikTok, Meta, Google App Campaigns, and other channels.
- Execute user acquisition campaigns focused on app installs and active user growth.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance daily to ensure strong ROI.
- Work with designers and the creative team to produce effective ad materials.
- Manage App Store Optimization (ASO) to improve visibility on Android/iOS stores.
- Prepare weekly campaign reports and insights for management.
- Support digital growth strategies across ToYm's ecosystem when needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience running paid ads (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for optimization.
- Familiar with app user acquisition metrics (CPI, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
- Understanding of ASO is an advantage.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Able to multitask and provide support for any tasks or projects assigned by the company as needed.
