We're growing fast and are looking for aPerformance Marketing & Growth Leadto own our growth engine, from paid acquisition to cohort retention. This role is for someone who thinks beyond ads and understands thatlong-term growth is driven by data, behaviour, and repeat value.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Performance Marketing
- Own Collektr's paid growth strategy across Meta, Reddit and other performance channels.
- Build and execute full-funnel campaigns from acquisition to repeat purchase.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned to business goals, category priorities, and platform initiatives.
- Continuously test audiences, creatives, formats, and offers to improve CAC and scale efficiently.
Cohort Analysis & Retention
- Conduct cohort analysis to understand acquisition quality, retention behaviour, and LTV.
- Identify high-value cohorts, drop-off points, and churn drivers.
- Design and run retention and win-back strategies using remarketing and lifecycle campaigns.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for marketing, product, and operations teams.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Optimisation
- Own monthly and quarterly paid media budgets across channels.
- Allocate spend dynamically based on performance, learning velocity, and LTV impact.
- Track and optimise key metrics including CAC, ROAS, retention rate, and payback period.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Marcomm, Ops, and Product teams to align campaigns with platform initiatives.
- Build clear performance reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Share regular updates on performance, learnings, and next growth bets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles, preferably in startups or high-growth environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Proven experience with cohort analysis, retention analysis, and LTV-driven optimisation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy and execution.
- Comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketplaces, e-commerce, or community-driven platforms.
- Experience with Reddit Ads or alternative paid channels.
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing tools (CRM, email, push).
- Passion for collectibles, pop culture, or enthusiast communities.
