The Role
(This role is strictly for locals only, and is NOT a remote role)
We're looking for a Full-time Lead Performance Marketer who understands that performance is a system that requires thinking, testing, optimisation, and accountability.
You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across Meta and Google, with the focus of driving real results for our clients.
This role is hands-on. You will be inside accounts, understanding data, and engaging in real conversations about growth.
What You'll Be Doing
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google
• Setup trackers to measure performance across all campaigns
• Lead client discussions and create overarching media plan and strategy
• Translate business goals into clear campaign strategies
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, messaging, and funnels
• Track performance beyondclicks and impressions, focusing on leads, sales, and ROl
• Work closely with strategists, creatives, and content teams to align messaging and execution
• Prepare clear performance reports and insights for internal and client discussions
• Identify growth opportunities and scaling levers across accounts
What We're Looking For
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Comfortable working with data, numbers, and performance metrics
• Strategic thinker who can see beyond the dashboard
• Curious, resourceful, and willing to test and learn fast
• Able to communicate clearly with both internal teams and clients
• Experience with CRO, landing pages, or funnels is a plus
