The Role
As Lead of Performance Marketing, you will be the architect of growth. Youll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel performance campaigns that consistently scale ROAS for our clients. Beyond managing platforms and data, youll lead with experimentation, out-of-the-box tactics, and a deep drive to uncover unconventional levers of growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, strategize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels).
- Design and implement frameworks for testing, measurement, and optimization to maximize ROAS.
- Spot trends, algorithm shifts, and new opportunities before others doand capitalize on them.
- Mentor and inspire a growing team of performance marketers, instilling a culture of agility, learning, and experimentation.
- Partner with creative, data, and client teams to build full-funnel strategies that convert.
- Report on performance with transparency, clarity, and actionable insights.
- Push boundaries of media buying, automation, AI-driven optimization, and attribution modeling.
What Were Looking For
- Proven track record in scaling performance marketing campaigns with significant ROAS improvements.
- 610 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep hands-on expertise with major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Strong analytical mindset with mastery of attribution, tracking, and performance tools (e.g., GA4, Supermetrics, Looker Studio).
- Entrepreneurial spiritproactive, experimental, and resilient in the face of change.
