GoMining is expanding its presence across East Asia, and we are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid user acquisition and revenue growth across Japan, South Korea, and Mainland China.
This role is ideal for a performance expert who deeply understands regional platforms, consumer behavior, and fast-paced growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale full-funnel paid media campaigns across East Asian platforms, including: Google, Meta, TikTok, LINE, Naver, Kakao, WeChat, Baidu, Douyin, XiaoHongShu, and regional ad networks
- Drive efficient user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth with LTV-based optimization
- Build and execute testing frameworks: audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages
- Manage large monthly budgets while meeting strict CPA, ROAS, and retention KPIs
- Localize performance strategies in collaboration with creative, analytics, and product teams
- Develop dashboards, market reports, and performance insights
- Build relationships with platform partners, local vendors, and regional media agencies
- Stay ahead of East Asian digital trends, regulations, and platform innovations
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid media / performance marketing
- Deep understanding of Japan, Korea, and China ad ecosystems, including local platforms and user behavior
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns in high-growth environments with strict efficiency goals
- Strong understanding of creative testing cycles and iteration models specific to East Asia
- Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets across multiple channels
- Strong skills in analytics, tracking, attribution, and measurement tools
- Ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones
- Strong communication skills (English B2/C1 or higher)
- Highly preferred: candidates native to Japan, Korea, or Mainland China (or with equivalent regional expertise)
