Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute private-domain/traffic marketing strategies to generate qualified leads
• Identify and discover high-value acquisition channels including forums, communities, directories, and industry platforms
• Conduct structured market research to locate target users and effective acquisition paths
• Create high-conversion marketing content, outreach messages, and value-driven copy
• Execute and manage content publishing across different website, forums, and other channels
• Track, analyse, and optimize marketing performance and lead conversion
• Work closely with sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rate
• Identify scalable acquisition channels and expand successful strategies
• Build and manage lead acquisition workflows and tracking systems
• Continuously test, learn, and improve marketing strategies
Job Requirements
• Minimum 4 years experience in Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good copywriting, communication, and reports skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented
• Strong willingness to learn new things and adapt quickly
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in start-up environment
• Experience in cloud, SaaS, IT, or B2B industry is an advantage
• Able to conduct a 7-day trial assessment (with Allowance)
