Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute private-domain/traffic marketing strategies to generate qualified leads
Identify and discover high-value acquisition channels including forums, communities, directories, and industry platforms
Conduct structured market research to locate target users and effective acquisition paths
Create high-conversion marketing content, outreach messages, and value-driven copy
Execute and manage content publishing across different website, forums, and other channels
Track, analyse, and optimize marketing performance and lead conversion
Work closely with sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rate
Identify scalable acquisition channels and expand successful strategies
Build and manage lead acquisition workflows and tracking systems
Continuously test, learn, and improve marketing strategies
Job Requirements
Minimum 4 years experience in Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good copywriting, communication, and reports skills
Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented
Strong willingness to learn new things and adapt quickly
Ability to work independently
Comfortable working in start-up environment
Experience in cloud, SaaS, IT, or B2B industry is an advantage
