POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join the Victoria's Secret team. You will be instrumental in developing and executing scalable performance marketing strategies across diverse digital channels. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of optimizing campaigns to consistently drive conversions and maximize ROI to achieve our core business objectives.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage all aspects of digital advertising campaigns including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and analytics to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns include digital ads, livestreams, SEM and SEO.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, KPIs, and key metrics.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on digital advertising, preferably in retail industry. Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads etc.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
  • Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
