SME payment solutions provider to find
Performance Marketing Senior Manager to take full ownership of growth marketing. You'll be responsible for designing and executing strategies that go beyond paid ads, driving user acquisition, revenue growth, and digital transformation!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, SEO, and other acquisition channels.
- Plan and optimize multi‑channel campaigns to drive high‑quality lead generation and revenue growth.
- Own the full campaign lifecycle: audience targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
- Partner with creative, content, and tech teams to deliver high‑converting landing pages, website enhancements, and marketing assets.
- Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and acquisition efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, digital advertising best practices, and emerging tools in AI‑driven marketing.
- Test different creative approaches and customer touchpoints to refine engagement and maximize marketing impact.
What We're Looking For
- Around 6 to 8 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with at least a couple of years leading campaigns or teams.
- Proven success running large‑scale paid media campaigns across platforms
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social, display, retargeting, attribution, and conversion optimization.
- Practical experience with analytics and automation tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, CRM systems).
- Background in Fintech, SaaS, or Ecommerce industry is a bonus!
