As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll join one of the region's most advanced B2B digital teams working hands-on with high-growth SaaS clients, experimenting with emerging channels, building new playbooks, and shaping the future of performance marketing in the Atlassian ecosystem and beyond.

What You'll Own

You'll manage full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns across a diverse portfolio of B2B SaaS and Marketplace clients balancing strategic insight, hands-on execution, experimentation, and reporting excellence.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated paid media strategies across a range of paid advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max) and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Own full campaign lifecycle: planning, setup, optimization, A/B testing, scaling, reporting.
  • Translate client GTM strategies and ICPs into precise targeting, messaging, and funnel architecture.

Experimentation & Growth Innovation

  • Test new channels (e.g., YouTube, Reddit, X, review sites, marketplaces), formats, and creative approaches.
  • Develop hypotheses, run structured experiments, and operationalize winning plays.

Analytics, Tracking & Insights

  • Configure and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, and cross-platform tracking to ensure accurate attribution.
  • Conduct account audits to uncover strategic and technical optimization opportunities.
  • Build Looker Studio dashboards and actionable insights that influence client strategy.

Performance Optimization

  • Continuously analyze campaign data to maximize ROI and improve lead quality.
  • Own budget pacing, bid strategies, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvements.
  • Partner with the creative team to develop and refine high-performing ad creative and landing pages.

Client Partnership & Communication

  • Present results, insights, and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on all things digital performance bringing new ideas, benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Work closely with strategists and PMs to align campaigns with each client's big-picture GTM goals.

What You Bring

Required

  • 1-3 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into action.
  • Experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Excellent English communication: Written, verbal, and presentation.
  • High ownership, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity, or other analytics/SEO tools.
  • Exposure to B2B, SaaS, or marketplace ecosystems.
  • Basic web/HTML skills (e.g., landing page tweaks, troubleshooting).
  • A passion for experimentation and the scientific method of marketing.
