Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive (B2B, APAC)Location: Remote (APAC-focused)

About the RoleWe're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts across APAC markets, particularly Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys experimentation, and can turn insights into measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for APAC markets (SG, MY, PH)
- Own and manage conversion tracking infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy across GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM systems
- Run landing page A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve trial signup and lead conversion rates
- Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets (starting from SGD 1,500–3,000, with scaling opportunities)
- Track and report weekly on key KPIs including CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates by channel and market
- Collaborate closely with the content team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives
- Support broader growth initiatives such as SEO/AEO tracking and email campaign performance analysis
- Execute and manage influencer (KOL) and affiliate marketing campaigns
Requirements- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads required)
- Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken) is required
- Proven experience targeting APAC audiences, especially Singapore and Malaysia (US market experience is a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and at least one A/B testing tool
- Experience working with limited budgets and a test-and-learn mindset in a startup or lean team
- Mandatory experience in B2B marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights independently
- Experience in KOL/influencer marketing
