Performance Marketing Specialist / Senior Specialist (Google Ads, Meta & TikTok)

You'll manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, contributing to campaign strategy, testing new approaches, and driving measurable performance improvements for diverse client portfolios. You'll also leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance campaign optimisation, data analysis, and marketing efficiency.

We welcome both experienced Performance Marketing Specialists and Senior candidates who can take on Team Lead or Assistant Manager responsibilities, managing key accounts and guiding junior team members.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  1. Media Planning & Strategy - Develop strategic paid media plans across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads by analysing campaign objectives, audience insights, and performance data to determine optimal platform mix, targeting strategy, and budget allocation
  2. Campaign Strategy Development - Collaborate with internal teams to recommend campaign structures, audience targeting strategies, and optimisation approaches that improve campaign performance
  3. Campaign Management - Plan, set up, and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok to achieve campaign KPIs and client objectives
  4. Performance Optimisation - Continuously monitor and optimise campaign performance by analysing key metrics, audience behaviour, and platform algorithm updates to maximise return on ad spend
  5. Experimentation & Testing - Design and execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to continuously improve campaign performance
  6. AI & Marketing Innovation - Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance campaign optimisation, creative testing, audience insights, and marketing efficiency
  7. Reporting & Insights - Prepare regular campaign reports with performance insights and actionable recommendations to support campaign improvement and client decision-making
  8. Data Analysis & Budget Monitoring - Track campaign budgets, monitor performance metrics, and maintain accurate campaign data for analysis, forecasting and optimisation
  9. Client & Team Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams including strategy, creative and account teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and alignment with client objectives
  10. Leadership & Team Guidance (Senior Candidates) - Senior hires may lead key accounts, mentor junior team members, and contribute to strategic planning and best practices across paid media campaigns

Essential Tools You'll Master:

  1. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
  2. AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms
  3. Various software extensions integrated with ad accounts

What You Bring:

  1. Relevant degree in Advertising, IT, Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  2. 35 years of experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads
  3. Strong understanding of media planning, campaign structure, audience targeting, and performance optimisation
  4. Hands-on experience analysing campaign metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  5. AI tools or automation platforms for campaign optimisation, creative testing, or marketing analysis is an added advantage.
  6. Experience managing multiple campaigns or client accounts simultaneously
  7. Professional certifications such as Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification are preferred
  8. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools
  9. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
  10. Leadership or mentoring experience will be an advantage for candidates considered for Senior / Team Lead responsibilities
