Performance Marketing Specialist (TikTok Shop & Shopee Hands-on)
About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth on TikTok Shop.
This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role.
You will be expected to go into Ads Manager daily, make decisions, and execute changes directly.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys:
- Being hands-on in campaigns (not just managing or reporting)
- Moving fast and taking action independently
- Improving results through execution, not discussion
This role is for doers who execute and improve results.

Salary : RM4,000 – RM6,500 (based on experience)
What You'll Do1. Execute & Optimise Ads (Daily)- Manage and optimise TikTok Ads campaigns hands-on
- Adjust budgets, creatives, and targeting based on performance
- Scale what is working, cut what is not
2. Analyse → Decide → Act- Analyse data from Ads Manager and internal dashboards
- Identify what is working, what is not, and where to scale
- Turn insights into clear, immediate actions
3. Improve End-to-End PerformanceWork closely with internal teams to improve:
- Content (hook, retention)
- Traffic quality (targeting, intent)
- Conversion (offer, product focus)
4. Deliver Measurable ResultsYou will be measured on:
- ROI / ROAS improvement
- GMV contribution from paid traffic
- Speed of identifying and fixing performance issues
What We're Looking For- Proven experience running TikTok Ads hands-on
- Strong understanding of:
- Scaling and optimisation
- Traffic quality and conversion
- Content → Ads → Sales relationship
- Able to make decisions independently using data
- Fast execution, high ownership, result-driven
