We are looking for a performance-driven marketer who lives and breathes paid media optimization and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities (Performance-Focused)

1. Lead Google Ads Strategy & Execution (Primary Responsibility)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
  • Own full-funnel strategy: acquisition, remarketing, and retention campaigns.
  • Continuously improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword research, bidding strategy optimization, and audience segmentation.
  • Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency.

2. GA4 Analytics & Data-Driven Optimization

  • Own GA4 tracking, reporting, and conversion analysis.
  • Monitor user journey, funnel drop-offs, and behavioral insights.
  • Set up event tracking and conversion goals aligned with business KPIs.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Translate data findings into campaign adjustments and growth strategies.

3. Testing & Growth Optimization

  • Design and execute A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audiences.
  • Analyze attribution models and optimize media allocation.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data modeling and trend analysis.

4. Supporting Channels (Secondary Role)

  • Support Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) performance campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to improve ad creatives.
  • Ensure ad copy aligns with SEO and search intent strategies.

5. SEO & Organic Synergy

  • Understand technical SEO fundamentals and keyword strategies.
  • Align paid search insights with organic growth opportunities.
  • Support website content optimization to increase organic traffic.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads campaign management experience (must-have).
  • Strong GA4 analytical skills with experience in conversion tracking, event setup, and performance reporting.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, LTV).
  • Ability to independently manage budget allocation and scaling strategy.
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of gamer behavior is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and accountability.
