Design and develop performance test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Postman, covering load, stress, and scalability scenarios.
Execute performance tests and monitor system behaviour (response time, throughput, error rate) to ensure application stability under expected and peak loads.
Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks in application, API, database, or infrastructure layers and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot performance issues and validate fixes through re-testing.
Prepare detailed performance test reports, including findings, risk assessment, and capacity planning recommendations for stakeholders.
Experience/skillsets
Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, or Postman for API and performance testing especially for Mobile(IOS,Android), with strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, and correlation/parameterization techniques.
Ability to interpret performance metrics and logs, with basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., Java, JavaScript, or Python) and knowledge of system architecture (web, API, database).
