Responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive performance testing strategies. Responsible to handle the end to end performance testing activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams/Stakeholders to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Should have experience to develop scripts and execute performance tests using industry-leading tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter on common protocols such as Web, Web Services, Ajax TruClient, RTE and Winsock.
- Should have exposure to various types of performance tests including load, stress, endurance, etc
- Should have the ability to use monitoring tools like Grafana, Splunk, BMC trusight, Dynatrace for performance analysis of applications/infrastructure and thereby identify bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations
- Should have the capability to make decisions on performance test defect triage meetings
- Should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to do root cause analysis of performance problems and providing recommendations to fix the same will be added advantage
- Develop and manage performance testing budgets and resources
Job Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in performance testing
- Advanced understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner.
- Excel communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
