Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester with strong hands-on experience in LoadRunner to design, execute, and analyze performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be able to identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner (mandatory)
- Perform load, stress, endurance, and spike testing for web and enterprise applications
- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations
- Monitor system performance using application and infrastructure metrics
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and architects to tune applications and environments
- Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Participate in performance test planning and capacity planning activities
- Ensure performance testing best practices are followed across projects
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Micro Focus LoadRunner
- Expertise in performance testing concepts (Load, Stress, Endurance, Scalability)
- Experience in script correlation, parameterization, and result analysis
- Good understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, Web Services, and application architecture
- Ability to analyze logs, system metrics, and performance reports
