Job Description

Proven experience as an IT Performance Tester or similar role
Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner
Experience in scripting (Java, Javascript, Groovy)
Understanding of automated testing tools and frameworks
Experience in programming languages such as Java (preferably)
Familiarity with version control tools, preferably Git and CI-CD pipeline
Design, develop nonfunctional testing (Scalability, load, stress) and scripts
Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks and performance issues
Conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests on applications
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure performance requirements are met
Build and maintain a performance quality gate and a performance testing strategy on given project
Enable performance monitoring and performance analytics to apply insights from production into development lifecycle for modeling and analysis
Provide recommendations for performance improvements and optimizations
