Role Description

Kompas International College is seeking a qualified Personal Assistant to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ipoh. The Personal Assistant will support Chief Executive Officer (CEO) by handling a variety of administrative and personal tasks. Responsibilities include managing executive schedules, organizing meetings, drafting correspondence, maintaining efficient records, and assisting with daily clerical activities to ensure smooth office and executive operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support management-level.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and correspondence.
  • Experience in managing calendars, schedules, and meetings with excellent Diary Management abilities.
  • Solid Clerical Skills, including document management, data entry, and maintaining records efficiently.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management skills.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in office administration, business management, or a related field is an advantage.
