About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized, professional, and trilingualPersonal Assistant to support a Directorwho manages international operations across Asia. This role requires extensive travel, strong linguistic capabilities, and exceptional administrative discipline. You will support the Director closely across logistics, translation, communication, and executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. International Travel & Business Support
- Accompany the Director onfrequent international trips, primarily toChina and Southeast Asia, supporting meetings, events, and business engagements.
- Handle complete travel logistics including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transportation.
- Proactively manage the Director's complex calendar, scheduling, reminders, and meeting preparations.
2. Trilingual Communication & Translation
- Providereal-time verbal translationbetweenEnglish, Mandarin, and Bahasa Indonesiaduring business meetings.
- Attend key discussions to take accurate minutes and prepare translated versions for internal documentation.
- Draft, proofread, and translate business emails, reports, and presentations across the three languages.
3. Administrative & Operational Assistance
- Perform executive administrative duties such as expense reporting, document organization, meeting coordination, and filing.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between the Director and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Support office organization, ensuring the Director's workspace and operations run smoothly.
Must-Haves
- Trilingual:Professional fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Location:Based inBogor, Jakarta, Singapore, or Johor Bahru, or able to commute to Bogor/Singapore daily.
- Experience:5+ years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Travel Readiness:Must be willing and able totravel frequently and with short noticeto China and SEA.
- High professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong ability to manage high-pressure, fast-changing environments.
Great-to-Have
- Experience indigital marketing, managing social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), or overseeing brand presence.
