Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the C-suite's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
- Screen and handle calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support daily operations.
- Utilize Al tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Assist with both business and personal/household errands and arrangements.
- Organize and support event planning and team bonding activities.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Provide ad-hoc support as and when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written is required due to job nature).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Adaptable and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Al tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) is highly preferred.
- Willingness to support both professional and personal matters.
- Experience in professional content creation or social media management is a plus.
