Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the C-suite's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
  • Screen and handle calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support daily operations.
  • Utilize Al tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Assist with both business and personal/household errands and arrangements.
  • Organize and support event planning and team bonding activities.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Provide ad-hoc support as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written is required due to job nature).
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Adaptable and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Al tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to support both professional and personal matters.
  • Experience in professional content creation or social media management is a plus.
