Personal Assistant

Job Responsiblity

Assist in daily scheduling, coordination, and task management

Support content creation (especially short-form videos & social media)

Plan, shoot, and edit videos for marketing and branding

Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) to generate content, ideas, and workflows

Handle basic communication, follow-ups, and admin tasks

Work closely with the founder on business and creative projects

Requirements

Degree holder from a recognized university

Able to speak English and Chinese.

Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar

Experience in video shooting and editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Good communication and organizational skills

Proactive, fast learner, and able to work independently

Passion for content creation and digital trends is a plus

Bonus Points

Experience in social media content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Basic understanding of marketing or branding

Comfortable being on camera
