Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the CEO, based in Johor Bahru. The role involves organizing and managing the CEO's daily schedule, handling correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements. The Personal Assistant will also act as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and administrative efficiency. Other responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality, taking meeting notes, and performing additional tasks as required by the CEO to facilitate operational workflow.
Qualifications
- Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information sensitively and securely.
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is an advantage.
