About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing daily business activities, executive coordination, and administrative matters.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling confidential information while working closely with senior management, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and business engagements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare necessary materials, and follow up on action items.
- Act as a key point of contact between the Director, internal teams, clients, and external parties.
Administrative & Document Management
- Prepare and manage reports, presentations, correspondence, proposals, and official documents.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and business-related information.
- Support data tracking, reporting, and administrative processes.
Travel & Event Coordination
- Arrange business travel, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
- Support corporate meetings, business functions, and executive engagements.
- Assist with hospitality arrangements and ensure professional handling of guests and stakeholders.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when representing the Director and company.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and work independently.
- Mature, reliable, professional, and comfortable supporting senior leadership.
- Willing to attend business functions or executive engagements when required.
