Job Description

  • Perform all secretarial and administrative tasks for the Director.
  • Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Arrange business travel (flights, accommodation, transport, etc).
  • Assist in various projects by providing research, follow-ups, and documentation support.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external communication.
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle daily operational matters and provide timely updates to the Director.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties and special assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Admin, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant.
  • Minimum Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related fields preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to travel and work outstation when required.
  • Must be fully based in the office during probation; travel may be required after confirmation.
