Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO) located in Kuantan, Pahang. The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, manage the GCOO's schedule, coordinate meetings and communications, and handle tasks efficiently. The role involves acting as a point of contact between the GCOO and internal or external stakeholders, organizing documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance, with a proven ability to manage high-level tasks effectively.
- Strong Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed Clerical Skills, including document organization, filing, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.
