PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO A KUALA LUMPUR MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT
We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Personal Assistant to join the office of a Member of Parliament based in Kuala Lumpur. This role offers ameaningfulopportunity to contribute directly to thework of governance and community service, supporting parliamentary duties and initiatives that benefit the public.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Member of Parliament.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, speech-related materials, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate liaison with constituents, community groups, and various stakeholders.
- Liaise with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen with a valid driving license and own transportation.
- Willingness to travel within the Klang Valley as required (with occasional overseas travel).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT applications.
- Multilingual ability (spoken and written) will be a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Remuneration:
