As a Personal Assistant, your key responsibility is to support your direct superior in his day-to-day business consulting activities and personal errands.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the Director's daily and long-term calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Collaborate on creative tasks, such as designing materials and assisting in video shooting and editing, when required.
- Assist in the planning, filming, and editing of video content for various digital platforms, including social media and websites.
- Support the production of video content, from pre-production (planning, scripting) to post-production (editing, finalization).
- Assist in virtual event setup and preparation of presentation slides and other event materials during seminars and events.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining confidentiality.
- Assist in Director's personal and adhoc task when necessary.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Experience working in the field of travel / event / hospitality / digital media will be a plus point.
- Basic skill of graphic design and video editing will be added as an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel Power Point, Word, etc.)
- Possess good multitasking and time-management skills, excellent self-discipline.
- Strong sense of initiative, responsibility and has a positive attitude.
- Willing to travel and work during the weekend (if needed).
Working hour: Monday to Friday 9.30AM to 5.30PM, Saturday 9.30AM to 1.00PM
