Personal Assitant cum Driver

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant cum Driver to support our executive team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing administrative tasks while also providing reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the executive team
• Maintain and manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
• Drive the executive to various locations as required
• Prepare documents and presentations for meetings
• Handle communication on behalf of the executive, including emails and phone calls
• Ensure the vehicle is maintained in good condition and is clean at all times
• Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries
• Manage tasks and projects as assigned by the executive

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
