Mortgage Financial Target
- Achieve individual mortgage sales targets.
- Attain a minimum MRTA penetration rate of 80%.
Sales Productivity and Business Development
- Deliver a minimum monthly sales productivity of RM2.5 million.
- Build, service, and strengthen strong business relationships with key partners, including developers, lawyers, valuers, and real estate agents.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the mortgage portfolio.
[Confidential Information]pliance and Risk Management
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and all applicable legal, ML/KYC, credit, and service standards.
- Exercise due care and diligence in daily operations, including customer onboarding, income document verification, and suspicious transaction reporting.
- Safeguard data integrity by ensuring all customer income documents are original and properly sighted.
- Conduct thorough face-to-face interviews with customers to ensure accurate profiling and quality credit assessment.
