Primary Objective
Drive the acquisition of new mortgage loans by achieving personal sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in helping customers realize their homeownership goals while cross-selling
MRTA products to achieve the required penetration rate.
Key Responsibilities
- Mortgage Financial Targets
- Achieve assigned personal sales targets for mortgage loans.
- Attain and maintain a minimum MRTA penetration rate of 80% through proactive cross-selling and customer engagement.
- Sales Productivity & Business Development
- Deliver a minimum monthly sales productivity of RM2.5 million in mortgage loans.
- Build and sustain strong business relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, lawyers, valuers, and real estate agents, to drive continuous business opportunities.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, external regulatory requirements, and credit and service standards.
- Exercise due diligence in all Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes, including account openings, verification of documents, and reporting of suspicious transactions.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure all customer income documents are properly verified and original-sighted.
- Conduct thorough face-to-face interviews with customers to ensure authenticity and understanding of loan requirements.
