Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide safe, punctual and professional chauffeuring services for management between Cyberjaya (Main Office) and PJ (Group Office), including return trips as required.
  • Travel to branch locations (eg; Paka, Terengganu and Pengerang, Johor) for official duties and ad-hoc assignments.
  • Plan efficient routes, monitor traffic conditions, and ensure timely arrival using GPS/navigation tools (e.g., Waze,Google Maps).
  • Maintain a high standard of driving at all times, prioritising safety, comfort, and confidentiality.
  • Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presentable both interior and exterior.
  • Conduct routine checks on vehicle condition (fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, etc.) and report any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle records, including mileage, servicing, fuel usage, tolls, and parking expenses.
  • Assist with errands such as document dispatch, courier pick-ups, and official deliveries as required.
  • Support scheduling and coordination of pick-up and drop-off arrangements, including standby duties when needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all company and management-related matters.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and a calm demeanour when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Manage personal commitments, including prayer needs, while ensuring punctuality and work responsibilities are consistently met.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a company or personal driver.
  • Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Good knowledge of traffic laws, road safety practices, and local routes.
  • Experience handling different types of vehicles, including Electric Vehicles (EV), is an added advantage.
  • Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Professional appearance with good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Physically fit and able to handle luggage or heavy items when required.
  • Familiar with GPS/navigation systems and mobile route planning applications.
