Role Description

CIMB Bank Berhad is seeking a Personal Financial Consultant for a full-time, on-site position located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The consultant will provide personalized financial advice to clients, assist in identifying appropriate banking products and services, and develop tailored financial plans to meet customer goals. The role includes managing client relationships, meeting sales and service targets, and staying informed about new financial products and market trends while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Financial knowledge, including expertise in investment banking, asset management, and Islamic banking
• Proficiency in sales, customer service, and relationship management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop tailored financial strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance standards
• Familiarity with market trends and emerging financial products
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, or relevant credentials are an advantage
• Proficiency in software tools used for financial analysis and documentation
