Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis and risk assessments to understand clients current financial position, future goals, and risk tolerance.
Develop and present tailored financial plans and investment strategies aligned with clients objectives.
Recommend suitable financial products including savings accounts, investment funds, insurance, loans, and wealth management solutions.
Educate clients on financial products and services, clearly explaining their features, benefits, and potential risks.
Monitor client portfolios regularly and provide ongoing advice, performance reviews, and adjustments based on market conditions and client needs.
Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Collaborate with internal teams such as product specialists and wealth managers to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
Maintain accurate and updated client records and prepare relevant reports.
Keep abreast of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory updates affecting financial products and services.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall branch and team performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in personal financial advisory, sales, or banking, preferably within a retail banking environment.
Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, loans, and wealth management.
Possession of relevant certifications such as FIMM, PCE, CEILI, or TBE will be an added advantage.
