Proactively identify and acquire new clients, expanding RHB Bank's customer base.
Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for individual clients, including reviewing their current financial situation, risk tolerance, and future aspirations.
Develop and present customized financial plans and solutions, including but not limited to investment products, insurance, loans, and other banking services, aligning with clients objectives and RHB Bank's product offerings.
Provide expert advice on wealth management, retirement planning, education funding, and estate planning.
Regularly review and update clients financial portfolios, ensuring they remain aligned with their evolving needs and market conditions.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge across RHB Bank's full range of financial products and services.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and effective communication.
Collaborate with other departments within RHB Bank to ensure a seamless client experience.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial products, investment principles, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze complex financial information and translate it into clear, actionable advice.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Possession of relevant industry certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CUTE) will be an added advantage.
