Job Summary:**
The Personal Financial Consultant at RHB Bank Berhad is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert financial advice, and helping individuals achieve their financial goals through a range of banking products and services.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients, including assessing their current financial situation, risk tolerance, and future aspirations.
- Develop and present tailored financial solutions, encompassing savings, investments, insurance, loans, and wealth management products offered by RHB Bank.
- Provide ongoing financial advice and guidance, regularly reviewing client portfolios and recommending adjustments based on market conditions and life events.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication, exceptional service, and proactive follow-ups.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for various financial products and services.
- Stay updated on market trends, financial regulations, and new product offerings to provide accurate and relevant advice.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other bank departments to ensure seamless client service and product delivery.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, financial advisory, or a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of various financial products, including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Possession of relevant industry certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CEILI) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
