Job Summary**
As a Personal Financial Consultant at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be instrumental in helping clients achieve their financial goals through expert advice and tailored solutions. You will build lasting relationships, understand individual financial needs, and provide comprehensive guidance on a range of banking products and services.
Job Responsibilities**
- Proactively engage with new and existing clients to identify financial needs and provide personalized financial planning advice.
- Educate clients on various banking products and services, including savings accounts, investments, loans, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to understand client objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizons.
- Develop and present customized financial plans and recommendations to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals.
- Monitor client portfolios and provide regular reviews, adjusting strategies as needed to adapt to changing market conditions and client circumstances.
- Maintain a strong understanding of RHB Bank's product offerings, policies, and procedures, as well as relevant financial regulations.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and proactive engagement.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial advisory, sales, or banking, preferably within a retail banking environment.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and lending.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant financial certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CUTE) are an added advantage.
