Job Summary**
As a Personal Financial Consultant at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert financial advice, and helping clients achieve their financial goals through comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement personalized financial plans for individual clients, considering their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and life stages.
- Proactively engage with existing and potential clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable RHB Bank products and services, including investments, insurance, loans, and deposits.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients, clearly explaining product features, benefits, and risks.
- Monitor client portfolios regularly, provide ongoing financial advice, and make recommendations for adjustments as market conditions or client circumstances change.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic conditions, and new financial products to provide informed and relevant advice.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team's success.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and advisory skills.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in financial advisory, wealth management, or a similar client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Relevant professional certifications such as FIMM, PCE, CEILI, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of various financial products including unit trusts, insurance, deposits, and loans.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-oriented with a strong sales acumen and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to analyze complex financial information and provide clear, concise recommendations.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
