Job Description

Responsibilities:

Retail Banking Product Sales: Provide advisory financial services to customers to achieve monthly targets for retail banking products, including deposits, fee-based services, mortgage, ASB financing, and credit cards.

Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire and nurture new deposit customers while retaining and driving deposit growth among existing customers, aligning with management-set targets.

Cross-Selling Activities: Actively engage in cross-selling activities to increase product holdings and address customers financial needs comprehensively.

Requirements:

Education: Degree or Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 3 year of banking experience in sales (Personal banking and Mortgage)

Licensing: Mandatory possession of TBE

Skills: Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to work independently and achieve targets.
