Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist at our location in Bandar Klang. The Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing, dispensing, and reviewing prescriptions to ensure their accuracy and safety. Daily tasks include providing medication advice to customers, managing inventory, maintaining updated patient records, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical pharmacy standards. Additionally, the Pharmacist supports health initiatives and promotions while fostering positive customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication dispensing, and inventory management best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing professional consultations and advice to customers and healthcare professionals.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in using pharmacy software systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field. Must be a registered Pharmacist with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on medical advancements and pharmaceutical guidelines.
- Prior experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting is advantageous.
