Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Johor Bahru for a Pharmacy Assistant. Responsibilities include preparing and dispensing prescriptions, maintaining inventory, assisting customers with pharmacy-related inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service. You will also handle phone inquiries professionally and support the team in ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling prescriptions and familiarity with pharmacy operations
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide patient counseling
- Experience in inventory management and maintaining stock levels accurately
- Excellent phone etiquette for addressing customer inquiries
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification or diploma in pharmacy-related studies is considered an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide patient-centric care
