The Purpose of Your Role
Lead Hello Doktor's weight loss and metabolic care program through teleconsultations, evidence-based treatment planning, and ongoing clinical guidance. You'll work closely with pharmacy fulfillment and internal ops to deliver a safe, smooth, and supportive patient experience from first consult through follow-ups and refills.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct teleconsultations for weight loss and metabolic health, including assessment, goal-setting, and care planning.
- Prescribe appropriate treatment when clinically indicated (including injectable and oral options), aligned with local regulations and partner clinic arrangements.
- Provide structured follow-up care: progress reviews, side-effect management, dose adjustments where appropriate, and adherence support.
- Collaborate with licensed pharmacists and operations to ensure accurate dispensing, cold-chain delivery (when relevant), and patient education.
- Create and maintain clinical SOPs, consultation scripts, FAQs, and escalation pathways for higher-risk cases.
- Support quality and governance: documentation standards, audit readiness, and clinical safety reviews.
- Contribute to training and enablement of care team members handling patient queries, triage, and scheduling.
- Work with product teams to improve the teleconsultation experience and reduce patient drop-off through better clinical flow design.

- Fully licensed/registered medical doctor (Malaysia) with eligibility to provide teleconsultations via approved arrangements.
- Experience or strong interest in weight management, metabolic health, obesity care, lifestyle counseling, and related comorbidities.
- Strong patient communication skills (empathetic, motivating, and clear with risk/benefit explanations).
- Comfortable working in a structured, high-throughput telehealth environment with consistent follow-ups and documentation.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in weight management programs, endocrinology/obesity clinics, or chronic disease management.
- Familiarity with GLP-1based care pathways and patient education best practice
