Physiotherapist - Clinical Pilates

Engaged Physiotherapy & Pilates Clinic is seeking a skilled and passionate Physiotherapist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their health and wellness goals through the provision of expert physiotherapy and Pilates-based rehabilitation services. This is a full-time position based in our state-of-the-art clinic located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and creating individualized treatment plans for clients
• Delivering high-quality physiotherapy treatments using a range of evidence-based techniques, including Clinical Pilates
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless and effective client care
• Providing client education and coaching to empower them in their rehabilitation journey
• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures
• Actively participating in the continuous improvement of our physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates services

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Licensed Physio and current registration with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA)
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
• Proficiency in delivering Clinical Pilates-based rehabilitation programmes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
• Commitment to providing exceptional client-centered care
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
• Scoliosis skills is an added value
