Job Description

• Responsible for handling fully physiotherapist services and schedules to reach the utmost patient satisfaction in the centre or house call
• Conduct and examine patient complaints and conditions, and provide consultation treatment based on assessment.
• Ensure the treatment arranged/proposed to ease the pain, reduce pain, and relieve the uneasiness is aimed at achieving an agreed resolution between the patient and physiotherapist.
• Managed patients complaints by providing proper explanation and guidance based on matters that arose, with a specific/written record to avoid misleading information.
• Revised if necessary, scheduled treatment session based on changes of the treatment given, and proposed follow-up treatment session based on patient capacity and responses and capability.
• To optimize the planned daily schedule, accommodate changes if required, and meet the patient's demand.
• Undergo tasks that have been assigned by a superior.

Requirements

• Must possess at least a diploma/degree/master's in Physiotherapy only
• Applicants that are equip with manual techniques are encourage to apply
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Must possess own transport
• Able to work in a rotation schedule
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Completed Vaccination
• Our female staff don't treat male patients and vise versa
• Malaysian citizens only

Remuneration

• Employees salaries can be up to more than RM3000+ (including commission, allowance etc)
