Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Physiotherapist located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing patient conditions, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress. The role includes providing hands-on therapy, guidance on rehabilitation exercises, and ensuring effective communication with patients to meet their recovery goals. Maintaining accurate records and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team is also essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in physiotherapy techniques, such as manual therapy, electrotherapy, and mobilizations
- Ability to develop personalized rehabilitation programs, including pre- and post-surgical care, neurological rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning
- Strong communication skills for patient interaction, along with the ability to educate patients on exercise and recovery plans
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate patient records and monitoring recovery progress
- Accredited degree in Physiotherapy and valid licensure to practice in Malaysia
- Registered with MPA and MAHPC
- Commitment to patient care and willingness to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
