- Compliance with Alstom and customer EHS policies and procedures at customer sites.
- Troubleshooting, including investigation and repair during the PI period, as well as pre-warranty and commissioning activities.
- Conducting fleet check activities and reporting deviations in the Failure Management database.
- Supporting specific technical investigations in collaboration with Engineering or suppliers.
- Ensuring effective information flow within the Troubleshooting and Customer Site Warranty team.
- Assisting with helpdesk activities when required.
- Implementing Field Modifications (FM) as necessary.
- Contributing to the Return of Experience through recommendations for preventive and corrective actions and suggestions for product enhancements.
- Providing feedback to PI management on customer satisfaction and product performance.

Education Requirements
- A degree in a relevant field or a strong passion combined with relevant experience in mechanical, electrical/electronic, and IT fields.
- Completion of internal EHS training.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Valid state driver's license
Experience
- Minimum of two years in technical roles related to mechanical or electrical/electronics applications.
- Field experience demonstrating a structured and organized, hands-on approach.
- Strong supporter of teamwork complemented by excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
